RadarOnline.com is reporting that Mel B and Stephen Belafonte have named their newborn daughter, 'Madison Brown Belafonte'.
Madison was born last week at Cedars Sinai Medical Center.
Mel B has two daughters,Angel, 4 with ex-boyfriend Eddie Murphy, and 12 year old daughter Phoenix from her first marriage to dancer Jimmy Gulzar.
Stephen also has a daughter Giselle, 5 from a previous relationship.
This is Mel B and Stephen's first child together and the couple, along with the rest of the family, are thrilled.
